Text Box: 2008 Pool Information   Daily Admission $4   Ages 6—to Adult                              $2 ages 3-5                           Under age 3 Free   Daily Twilight: After 4pm:  $2 ages 6– Adult $1 Kids ages 3 & older Every pass this season is only $45. Buy two passes- $90. Buy three passes– $135 Passes required for everyone ages 3 and above.   Passes may be purchased at Poquoson Parks and Recreation, or the Pool during open swim hours only.   Poquoson Pool staff reserves the right to revoke a pass and swimming privileges due to misbehavior.   Children ages 9-13 must take a swim test in order to stay at the pool without an adult. The swim test must be renewed each year. Children under age 9 may not come  without an adult.   No group rate is given unless prior arrangements are made through Poquoson Parks and Recreation. Groups rates do not apply unless groups are over 25.   Disposable Diapers will not be allowed in the pool.

 Poquoson Municipal Pool offers open swim, and swimming lessons for patrons of all ages.  The Municipal Pool is home to our swim team, the Poquoson Barracudas. The pool is  220,000 gallons with 6,  25m racing lanes. Pool depth ranges from 2.5 feet to 10ft. We also offer various pool activities. A talented and courteous staff will help you with all of your questions and concerns.  Pool passes for the summer season only are available at the Poquoson Parks and Recreation Office.   The Summer Season will begin Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

 

 

Water Aerobics

See those pounds melt away with this class. Water Aerobics is a wonderful way to build muscle strength, endurance, and overall tone without putting stress on your joints. If you have been looking for a class to get you into shape and make the most of your time and efforts, this class is for you. Class features moderate to high level aerobic workouts in both shallow and deep water. Classes are taught in six week sessions. Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00-9:00 pm. at the Poquoson Pool

Cost: $45 Aqua belt and hand bells provided. Must register at least 5 days in advance of first class, all registration taken at Poquoson Parks and Recreation.

Session 2: July 29-September 4 $45 Must sign up at least 5 days in advance of class.

 

 

POQUOSON POOL CAN HOST YOUR NEXT  EVENT.

Parties for Friday or Saturday Evenings  Cost for Pool Rental is $150

Covers lifeguards for the first 50 in attendance for 2 hours 8-10pm. Additional

$50 for every additional 25 persons over the first 50. Reservations are only

available for Fridays and Saturdays. All reservations are taken with the Poquoson

Parks and Recreation Office.  Payment expected at time of reservation.
