Join the Diner's Club for a day of great food and fun restaurants, something is sure to be a delight to everyone's palate. Cost is $5.00 per trip. All food purchases are on your own. You must pre-register at least 5 days in advance of the program date. All transportation is provided by van. Van departs Municipal Building at 11:30 and approxiamate return is 2:00pm.
Day Trips
Holiday Evening in Norfolk: Enjoy the history and elegance of dining at the Fremmason Abby for an early evening dinner, followed by a performance of Dickens' Christmas Carol at the Well's Theatre. Date: Decemebr 11. Depart: 3:30pm Return: 11pm. Deadline November 1. Cost $33.00 per person includes transportation, theatre ticket. Dinner is on your own.
Shopping Grandeur: Potomac Mills Trip Travel to Northern Virginia for a day at this huge mall and oulet supercenter. November 13. Depart: 7am Return: 6pm. Cost $13.00. Deadline October 31.
Virginia Christmas Show in Richmond: November 7. Travel to this huge craft show at the Richmond Showplace. Cost is $13.00 Depart: 9am Return 5:30pm Deadline to register is October 31.
Virginia Beach - Old Meets New Houses and Shopping December 4 Depart 9am Return 4pm. Visit the Francis Land Plantation House in Virginia Beach and then travel to the revitalized Virginia Beach Town Center for lunch and light shopping. Cost is $12. Deadline to register is November 25.
