Valentine Chocolate Making with your Sweetheart
Ages 9 to Adult will take part in their very own “hands on” Chocolate
Making Valentine’s Day creations! This is an event meant for 2. (mom & child, dad & daughter, or anyone who is your sweetheart, or even couples are welcome.) In this class participants will learn about the different types of Chocolate (ingredients and MORE) and our company history. In addition participants will learn how to roll out homemade buttercreams, prepare for dipping, dipping pretzels and marshmallows, drizzle techniques AND some other “FUN” treats!
Cost includes all chocolate & supplies. Everything made and decorated will be taken home at the end of class! Please note if you have a specific food allergies. Class will be held with 2 date options. Location: Municipal Building

Drop the kids off for a fun and STEM-U-lating
Friday evening to explore and build with
LEGO® bricks. Parents, feel free to relax, go on a date, and enjoy some “me time”. Pizza will be provided for the kids. This is for children ages 5-12.

Kids Love to Sew 101
Ages 7 and Up
Gain basic sewing skills from selecting a pattern, cutting & piecing to create an awesome project. This course is 4 weeks long and participants are encouraged to bring a portable sewing machine if you have one. American Red Cross Babysitting Course
Learn the basics to care for children and infants, learn to make good decisions and to problem solve so you can provide the best possible care for those in your charge. Learn to handle emergencies, and how to respond to illnesses and household accidents. This course will help sitters with tips to develop their own
babysitting business. Designed for sitters ages 11 & up. Course is 9am-4pm. Must attend full day. Participants should pack lunch. Class is located at the Municipal Building. Space limited to 10 per session.

Preschool Picasso ART Class Ages 4-6
This class is designed for your little one who loves to draw, paint and create. Using basic art principles to teach the starting concepts of line, shape, and color while developing hand coordination join in this 6 class art experience just for little hands and little budding artists. Dress for mess, and children must be potty trained. Class is designed to be without parent, however separate sitting area is available, not within the classroom. Instructor: Holly Horton.

Homemade Easter Eggs and Fillings
with The Williamsburg Chocolatier Ages 8 to Adult
In this class students will learn how to make fillings for Easter Eggs, roll them out and shape them, and get ready for dipping into chocolate. In addition we will decorate our eggs using royal icing and flower decorations. We will make smaller eggs (approximately 1/4 pound each) use vanilla and chocolate buttercream fillings for
this class, and work with candy molds. Participants will need to tie back long hair, bring an apron or small hand towel, water bottle and a LARGE airtight container to take home their creations.
